This S-3 filing opens the door for extensive dilution.  It's not a complete given that will happen; management didn't make much use of the ATM facility. However, dilution is never good.  Shareholders should hope that if it does happen, it's paired with an outside investment or something that needs financing, like the new production contracts that were alluded to in the last conference call.
